Based on Jules Verne's 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA, NADIA: SECRET OF THE BLUE WATER begins at The World's Fair in Paris, 1889. There, a young inventor named Jean meets a young woman named Nadia, who happens to have a pet lion. Almost immediately, the two are pursued by a trio of hoods who seem to be after a magical liquid known as the Blue Water. In these episodes, The Nautilus heads to the shores of Antarctica and its sub-zero temperatures.
