With a twisted, adult sense of humor similar to that of South Park, this darkly satiric Anime series revolves around the adorable Milk-Chan, a lazy and self-absorbed 5-year-old superheroine who doesn't appear to posses any superpowers whatsoever. When the none-too-bright President hires her to solve the world's problems, laughter and chaos ensue in equal measures as the hapless heroine attempts to rise to the challenge in between rounds of TV-watching and snacktime.
