This Anime describes a doomed love story in an era of mass destruction. High school classmates Chise and Shuji overcome their mutual shyness enough to fall passionately in love. Infatuated with each other, their bliss is shattered when Chise begins to morph into a weapon of mass destruction. Her petite frame becomes completely encumbered by heavy, sharp metal pieces. Her sad, sweet face is a striking contrast to her new body parts. The two do not know how, but somehow Chise's body has been appropriated and used in a cruel government plot. Though their romance blossoms, the two lovers are forever altered by this horrifying reality. In these three episodes, Chise and Shuji escape scrutiny by finding an apartment in a quiet town.
