Satoshi Kon has been highly acclaimed for his Anime films PERFECT BLUE, MILLENNIUM ACTRESS, and TOKYO GODFATHERS. In the future, mankind has developed the Shizuma Drive, an endless supply of energy that has launched the world into a grand era of opulence. Unfortunately, the battle against good and evil rages on with a band of terrorists named Big Fire aiming to mastermind destruction on a universal scale. Good guys known as the International Police Organization have a giant robot to aid in the quest for justice, but the only one who can control it is a 12-year-old boy named Daisaki Kusama. Still a little boy at heart, Kusama is helped by a large circle of super hero crime-fighter friends known as the Experts of Justice. The EOJ includes characters such as female shooting expert GinRei, the electrified Taisou, and undercover agent Kenji Murasame. This high-action series has a pleasant, retro look that feel like an homage early days of manga and anime.
