10 year-old Miho Shinohara is a young girl who dreams of being a teen pop star. Amazingly, she is granted her wish one day when she receives a magical crayon that allows her to transform into Lala, a 15 year-old pop star, model, and actress. While her life has become everything she has ever dreamed of, Miho still has responsibilities as her true self and finds that balancing the duties of a pop star with those of a normal 10 year-old is not an easy thing to do.
