Based on Rumiko Takahashi`s (RANMA 1/2) popular weekly comic strip, URUSEI YATSURA was one of Japan`s most popular television shows during its run from 1981-1986, which produced 195 episodes of the show. The two central characters, Ataru and Lum, are the focus for myriad adventures, most of which involve Lum tirelessly indicating her desire for Ataru while sending up the conventional trappings of the sci-fi genre for comedic effect. Four episodes are included here.
