Probably the best OVA to come out in Japan in 1996, SHAMANIC PRINCESS boasts high production values, incredible animation, and some truly jaw dropping fights. Based on a popular Playstation game, STAR OCEAN EX chronicles the adventures of Claude, who is transported from his own world into the magical world of Expel. He becomes a hero due to the advanced technology he wields, and is drawn into Rena's quest to find the Sorcery Globe, through which the many troubles of Expel can be dispelled. In VOLUME THREE: MAGICAL MOONLIT FLOWERS, Claude and his allies land in the Lacour Kingdom, where they agree to help Precis, a clever inventor girl. Precis' best friend is gravely ill, and the only cure is the Metox flowers found deep in a dangerous desert.
