This OVA series serves as a prequel to ARMITAGE: DUAL MATRIX finds Armitage investigating the recently uncovered Third Type murders with her partner, Ross Sylibus. Third Type refers to a recently discovered type of android that is indistinguishable from a real human who are now becoming the victims of violence from the human population of Mars. Soon, Armitage and her partner have uncovered a conspiracy that goes all the way up to the highest ranks of the government, knowledge that threatens both partners lives.

Billed as the ultimate parody of anime, EXCEL SAGA certainly goes out of its way to parody every convention of the genre it can. From the cloying J-pop opening, it's clear that this series' sole aim is to be a good-natured farce, one that revolves around a main character who, on the surface is not much different from any other anime heroine. However, the key difference between Excel and all those who preceded her is that Excel is completely and utterly insane and considers it her goal to to conquer the city of F. A sweet natured romantic comedy series that throws a bit of THREE'S COMPANY into the mix, LOVE HINA is the story of Keitaro, a befuddled young student who hopes to attend Tokyo University. In the meantime, he searches for his lost love and works at his job as the super of Hinata Sou, an all girl dormitory where he will bide his time before trying to pass the entrance exam once more. In these episodes, the residents of the Hinata find themselves in trouble when they rack up a huge bill partying and must figure out a way to earn some cash before they can pay it.
