10 years ago man and vampire teamed up to defeat the "Kowloon Children" a virulent breed of vampires seeking to infect all humanity. Now one of the heroes from the Great War, Silver Blade, is traveling to the "Special Zone" to retire with his younger brother in tow. Unbeknownst to them, the remnants from the Great War are plotting their revenge.

Grudges are Eternal, but Vengeance comes swift...

Unwelcome and unwanted, Jiro decides to flee the Special Zone with his brother. But Kotaro goes missing and chaos is fast breaking in the city. Cassa’s nefarious plan is revealed at last: To search out the rumored Eleventh Yard under cover of the confusion she created. As infected Kowloon blood spreads throughout the hospitals to spill out into the streets, the Company joins with the vampiric houses in battle against the rising threat. The newly-Kowloon are attacking everyone in sight. Much blood will be spilled this day, for the evil of the past should never be resurrected.

Jiro and Kotaro have finally made it into the Special Zone, but they soon find their welcome less than promising. With his reputation as the hero of the savage wars, the presence of the Silver Sword has raised quite a bit of interest. The Company wonders if he can be recruited, the vampiric leaders ponder his intent even as they test his skills, and every door remains closed to Jiro and his brother. It seems the vampire attracts too much trouble. And the discovery of Kowloon Children behind the barrier may soon prove just how much trouble Jiro can attract.
