Jomy, a young man fast approaching his fourteenth birthday, stands at the brink of his adult life. On the day of his adulthood exam, his mind races with the remnants of dreams that haunt him in the dead of sleep. Mu, a word unheard amongst the denizens of the human systems, plays upon his lips. Abilities previously unknown soon manifest within, and Jomy s race towards adulthood becomes frenzied fleeing from the powers that be and toward the Terra. Part 1 includes the first eight episodes.

Eight years have passed since Jomy tried to make contact with the enemy. As the weary crew continues their search for Terra, Jomy has a moment with the younger Mu. During their conversation Jomy comes to the realization, the Mu race may be renewed through the most unlikely course, natural childbirth. The revelation comes at a time when the Shangri La finds itself near an abandoned colony. With the
future of the Mu in his heart, Jomy decides to colonize the little red planet, dubbing it Naska. As the next generation of Mu take up the task of turning this desolate colony into an oasis, the older Mu protest. Can the face of the newly born Mu children convince them to stay on Naska or will they once again find themselves fleeing towards the Terra?

A young boy named Shiroe is reading Peter Pan and having the time of his life with his loving family. His youthful exuberance captures Jomy, and after a brief meeting with him he decides he wants to free him. Unfortunately the truth scares Shiroe away, but that s the least of Jomy s problems because his ship and his people are under attack! Keith Anyan has just awakened on Station E-1077. His adulthood exam completed, he walks onto the main deck and meets his classmates. While in the meeting hall Keith meets jovial Sam Houston, whose friendly personality and outgoing demeanor seem strange to him. Keith excels in his course work and his abilities are put to the test when he has to rescue his classmates after their transport is hit while docking onto E-1077. Four years have pass and the young Shiroe has come of age and is now stationed on E-1077. His one and only goal is to beat upperclassman Keith Anyan and prove that he is the best.
